Apostolic Encampment

Last week we hosted our first Apostolic Encampment on a farm in Narvon. About 20 people attended the meetings around the fire, but not all camped. We worked hard to prepare and get sites ready and pitch tents and prepare food etc. but all round it was worth it. My main purpose was to introduce the church to the vision and concept of how we do the apostolic.

Everyone enjoyed and was challenged and stirred, requesting another to be held soon. Well, that will be necessary because we can only comfortably camp until about November, after that it gets too cold. There, of course, other options for the winter.

I was blessed with a testimony this week end from a lady who said that she had felt like she was in a fog spiritually for many years, but since the camp she can “see” clearly now. What a joy! And its definitely evident in her demeanor and facial expression.

So, get out the calenders and mark off October as a next date for another Encampment for this year. Dates will follow soon. My intention is for these not to be closed meetings, but for those that are interested in the apostolic and are hungry for a deeper walk with God. These encampments are for the equipping, and edifying of the “the church”, rather than promoting the programs of a church. Although hosted by The Enoch House – Reading, it will not be anything other than the building of the House of God.

A few summaries of the messages are going to follow for your information. Enjoy! If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
